–Injection

     •Similar to thermoplastic molding using barrel and screw and hopper system.

–Compression

     •Typically a manual process that transforms granular material into molded shapes by adding material directly into an open mold cavity and then closing the mold.

–Transfer/Compression

     •Similar process to compression but involves the extra step of transferring the material from outside of the mold before it is injected into a closed mold through the mold’s runner and gate system.

We have 24 presses ranging from 70 tons to 600 tons with platen sizes ranging from 17” x 14” to 48” x 42”.
